1. Agreement and scope
These terms apply when you access the Reviewell website, request a free eligibility check or engage Reviewell BV for services. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit a case. Reviewell may update these terms; the version published at the time of use applies unless a written case scope states otherwise.
Reviewell provides content-removal, reputation-protection, assessment, monitoring and related support services. The website is informational. It is not legal advice, and it does not create a lawyer-client relationship.
2. Who can use Reviewell?
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement, or act with authority for the person or organisation you represent. You must provide accurate information, submit only material you are entitled to share, and keep credentials or confidential data out of the intake unless specifically requested.
Reviewell may decline, pause or end an assessment or engagement where information appears false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, unsafe or outside the agreed scope. We do not create false evidence, manipulate reviews, impersonate users or file unsupported claims.
3. Free checks, fees and payment
A free eligibility check is a preliminary assessment only. It does not include a guarantee, formal report, platform submission or paid casework. If a paid route may be appropriate, Reviewell will provide or agree a written scope that identifies the target content, the intended route, what is included, the fee, VAT treatment, payment timing and any dependencies.
Unless the written scope says otherwise, prices are in euro and exclusive of applicable VAT. Invoices are due within 30 days. Work may be paused if agreed fees are overdue. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded; where a consumer asks for work to begin during any statutory withdrawal period, the written scope will address the required consent and any applicable charge for work already performed.
4. Third-party decisions and outcomes
Platforms, publishers, hosts, registrars, search engines, authorities and courts control their own decisions. Reviewell cannot guarantee a removal, correction, de-indexing, response time or particular ranking outcome. A genuine negative opinion, lawful reporting or content in the public interest may have no removal route.
We will communicate the route and material limitations honestly. A case can result in removal, correction, mitigation, de-indexing assessment, a public-response recommendation, monitoring or no viable route. The engagement policy explains this process in more detail.
5. Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for your business decisions, public communications and the accuracy of material you provide. You must promptly tell us if facts change or if you receive a response from a platform or third party relevant to the case. You must not use Reviewell to suppress lawful criticism, evade legal obligations or harm another person.
6. Intellectual property and liability
The Reviewell name, website copy, graphics and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the website for its intended purpose, but may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse it without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviewell’s aggregate liability arising from a specific paid service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service. Reviewell is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or reputational losses, or for independent third-party decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Suspension and termination
Either party may end a paid engagement in accordance with the written scope. Fees for work already performed, committed costs and applicable taxes remain due. Reviewell may retain the records needed to meet legal obligations or defend a claim after an engagement ends.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Courts in Brussels have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply. Before formal proceedings, the parties should try in good faith to resolve a dispute in writing.
